All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Footwear & Clothing (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Opened grow light bulbs
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by processing your payment and shipping the product. We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.2 International Orders

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes which may apply.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
