We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your gardening needs:
Standard Shipping (Recommended)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Footwear & Clothing (due to hygiene reasons)
- Grow Light Bulbs (if the packaging has been opened)
- Personalized or custom-made items

Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Any special instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
